• Liqueur  1 oz

• Crushed ice

Method of preparation:

Take a martini shaker and put in the crushed ice, liqueur, white rum, and sweet and sour mix and shake up the ingredients well. Now add the half and half and the lime juice and again shake the concoction. Take two pre chilled shot glasses for serving the drink. Ingredients:

• Good quality white rum ½ oz
• Liqueur 43 – 1 oz
• Lime Juice (sweetened) ¼ oz
• Half and half ½ oz
• Sweet and sour 1 oz
• Ice cubes

Method of preparation:

First pour in the white rum, liqueur and sweetened lime juice into a martini shaker along with ice cubes and shake up the ingredients well. Next, add the half and half and sweet and sour. Once again shake the drink well. The mixture has to be strained and poured into sleek martini glasses.
